Today’s freebie is Pardal, a free font family created by Bydani. It’s a playful slab serif typeface that combines strong serifs and clean lines with slight curves. It’s available in 7 different weights along with matching italics which will add variety to your project. You can use it for text (paragraphs), title display, branding projects, book/magazine design, logo design, greetings cards, packaging design, and web or application design. Pardal works great with kid-related projects such as children’s book titles, colorful logo design or coloring pencils boxes maybe, and cute print accessories (t-shirts, mugs, phone cases). This font family includes a full set of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and some punctuation marks; it also includes multilingual characters, case sensitive shapes, and discretionary ligatures.
